Pabuu: Heart-Care Pet is a wellness and lifestyle application designed to help users build healthy habits and monitor personal wellness information. The App may allow users to:

  • Track heart rate
  • Log blood pressure readings
  • Log blood oxygen readings
  • Track habits and goals
  • Monitor wellness trends
  • Access wellness-related educational content

The App is intended solely for general wellness, lifestyle, and fitness purposes.

4. No Medical Advice

IMPORTANT:

The App is not a medical device.

The App does not provide medical advice.

The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition.

Any information, recommendations, insights, reminders, or content provided through the App are for informational and wellness purposes only.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

Never ignore professional medical advice because of information obtained through the App.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App unlawfully
  • Attempt to interfere with App functionality
  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Use the App in a manner that may harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, graphics, software, text, logos, characters, and features contained within the App are owned by Monet Digital or its licensors.

Pabuu and all related branding are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Data

Information entered into the App may be stored locally on your device. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monet Digital disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet your expectations
  • The App will be error-free
  • Results obtained through the App will be accurate
  • Wellness information will be complete or current

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monet Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
